Note that prices listed as "Extra Time Charges" are in addition to the service of 0-2 hours.  For example, an event requiring a service of 3 hours for string quartet would result in a quote of $800:  $600 (service of 0-2 hours) + $200 (extra time of 1 hour at $200/hr) = $800.  Urthema is willing to negotiate prices if circumstances allow.  Please inquire if necessary.  Don’t see that special piece on our repertoire list?  Ask us to arrange it for you!  We’ve arranged works from Disney classics to jazz standards to movie soundtracks.  If piano sheet music is available for the piece, we can arrange it for $50.  In the rare situation that no sheet music is available, we can transcribe the piece from an audio recording for $100.  Usually, Urthema is able to find sheet music for the song requests we receive.  All special arrangement requests must be made at least six weeks in advance.
